To Qualify as being a member of the Silicon Valley City Circuit Group: You must work in the high tech field performing technical or engineering type work. From managing technicians working on computer systems to programing PERL or XML or any programing type language. You must also work in the greater bay area. Preferably with a PHD or BS schooling certificate. But not required. As a member you will be qualified for discount coupons or codes to enter on various electronic goods. Why? Because this site is being put together by entrepreneurs from the silicon valley area and looking for a helping hand to start off their businesses and are willing to hand out discounts to our members in the return of getting more exposer to the outside world.
